Further facilities include a large swimming pool overlooking the sea with a super large sunbathing area. There are 2 covered terraces and 2 large balconies with views over the Novigrad peninsula, Lanterna, Tar and Porec. In addition there is a small herb garden and a barbecue.

Best starting point to experience sea and land. Everything can be reached in a short time. Very good road connection, i.e. if you leave the beautiful place, you can be in a few minutes in Porec or Novigrad at the sea, or spend your day on the island Lanterna, or very close to the place Tar. Rovinje can also be reached very quickly.
Or longing for Italy, there too you have only about 45 km to visit Trieste. The connection to the motorway in 5 km distance.
